Like the first two, this book is fast paced, captivating, and had a little drama threaded in. I would recommend this series to people who are more into movies than they are reading.

On a scale of 1-10: 8

Like this? Try: The Maze of Bones: The 39 Clues #1 – by Rick Riordan. One False Note: The 39 Clues #2 – by Gordon Korman Beyond the Grave: The 39 Clues #4 – by Jude Watson. A Series of Unfortunate Events – by Lemony Snicket. The Secret Series – by Pseudonymous Bosch.

Sebastian the werewolf’s review:

Dan and Amy team up with their uncle, Alistair Oh, to find the third clue.

Role models:  Alistair Oh and Nellie care about Dan and Amy and takes care of them. Dan and Amy are both smart and good hearted.

Learning:  Some facts about Tokyo and Toyotomi Hideyoshi.

Violence:  There are people who try (and sometimes succseed) to kill or hurt other people. Talk of a possible bomb going off in an airport. some vomiting.

Kissing:  I believe there is one little kiss.
